Making travel reservations through Great Siam Travel is secure and guaranteed. In all cases, advance payment by bank transfer or credit card is required. The charge on your card will appear as Great Siam Travel. Your use of this web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
1. RESERVATIONS
The rates listed on Great Siam Travel web site are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with an operator you will need to contact them directly. We check availability when we receive your reservation request. PLEASE NOTE: You are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation and settle a full prepayment, otherwise we will cancel your reservation.
2. SITE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Great Siam Travel and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Third party providers and distributors own much of the content found on this site. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Great Siam Travel and/or its third party providers and distributors.

All flight and time information will be sent to you by email after we get all information( from the reservation form) and process your reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.
The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although Great Siam Travel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice. |
